I just wanted to share this smoothie I've made a few times because I'm so obsessed with it! I don't really measure so I'm guessing here but add more or less of stuff depending on consistency and taste preference. This is also yummy as a bowl, just add less liquid.
Makes 1 smoothie-
1 Packet of frozen acai (I buy the unsweetened-whole foods for sure has them but you can find them in the frozen fruit section, my regular grocery store just started carrying them)
1 c Almond Milk
1/2 c Frozen Blueberries
1 Tbs Almond Butter
2 Tsp Flax/ground flaxseed
