Chicken Marinade

Drumstick Marinade

Ingredients

(for about 8 drumsticks)

4 Tbsp Worcstershire sauce
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
4 tsp paprika
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

(marinade for 24 hours then grill)


All purpose marinade

Ingredients

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
