3 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. Dijon mustard
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
Salad:
6-8 c. spinach or spring mix
1 large apple, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
