I just had this at a baby shower and it was seriously so amazing and addicting - no one could stop eating it! If you like Brie, this is for you. The perfect addition to a brunch!
Wheel of Brie
Puff Pastry Sheets
Chopped Pecans
Brown Sugar
Egg Wash
Slice wheel of brie in half horizontally. Add as much brown sugar and pecans, until well coated or as much as desired to the middle and place top half of cheese back. Roll out thawed pastry dough a little thinner and wrap around brie wheel. Pinch together and brush with egg wash. Place on cookie sheet seam side down. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Best served with granny smith apple, crackers or sliced baguette.
