Bacon & Mustard Asparagus
2 slices bacon
1 bunch asparagus
2 t. olive oil
1 t. red wine vinegar
1 t. whole grain mustard
1/8 t. salt
dash garlic powder
dash pepper
Cook and crumble the bacon. Steam or sauté your asparagus, or cook it anyway you like it. While it's cooking, combine all the remaining ingredients, then toss together and serve.
