This is a Lee family recipe and delicious, thought I would add it here.
6 oz. bow tie pasta
1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken tenders
Salt and pepper then sauté chicken in 2 T. olive oil or butter until cooked through. Chicken can also be baked.
Remove and set chicken aside. In same pan, add and sauté:
1 T. butter

1 T. butter
2 chopped green onions
Add:
1 t. dried thyme
1/2 t. garlic powder
2 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
(optional add ins: 3/4 c. mushrooms, 1 sm. package of sun dried tomato)
Simmer 30 minutes uncovered. Add chicken back in during this time. Pour sauce over cooked pasta.
