This is a Lee family recipe and it's yummy!
1 pkg. bowtie pasta, cooked and drained
1 bunch spinach, washed and drained
1 head romaine lettuce
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
chopped bacon, cooked and crumbled
Fresh parmesan cheese
1 red onion, sliced
Toss all ingredients then add dressing:
(Make dressing night before and refrigerate)
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. white vinegar or rice vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 t. dry mustard
3/4 t. salt
3/4 t. poppy seeds
