Peanut Chicken Stir-Fry

1/2 lb. angel hair pasta (or spaghetti, I use what I have on hand)
2 c. small broccoli florets
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1/2 c. Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
2 T. soy sauce
1/4 t. ground ginger
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. crushed red pepper
1/3 c. dry roasted peanuts

Cook pasta as directed.  Add broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat.  Add chicken and cook until done.  Stir in dressing, soy sauce and seasonings; cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

Drain pasta and mix in with chicken mixture.  Serve topped with peanuts.

(I love to add more veggies.  I usually stir fry carrots, snap peas, bell pepper, and green onion and add that also.  We usually pour more of the asian dressing in, too, after everything is mixed together, until it's as coated as we like)
