This was perfect for topping fresh peaches on ice cream!
10-12 Graham crackers (about 1.5 sleeves)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Melted butter
4 Tbs Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of salt
Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor until combined. Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet and press into an even layer with a spatula. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. Let cool completely then break into pieces for topping.
