1 1/2 c. Oats
1 c. nut butter (I used 1/3 peanut butter, 1/3 almond butter, and a 1/3 sunflower)
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
1/2 c. cashews pulsed in food processor or chopped
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. ground flax seed
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. pumpkin seeds
1/8 c. chia seeds
1/4 t. salt
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Use small cookie scoop to form. Then refrigerate and try to not eat them all in one day!
