15 oz. Canned
Pumpkin
1 c. Vegetable Oil
Whisk
Together
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
¼ tsp. Ginger
¼ tsp. Cloves
Combine
wet and dry ingredients and mix well
Bake at 350 for
20-25 minutes (when it begins to pull away from the edges) in a well greased
and floured jelly roll pan.
Frosting (frost when cooled)
4 oz. Cream Cheese
(softened)
¼ c. Butter
1 ¾ - 2 c. Powdered
Sugar (add in increments)
