No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Bars

I'm posting this for Lucy!

These are really good for you and very filling!

*For best results use the best quality ingredients you can afford*

1/2 c. Agave
1/4 c. Coconut Oil (could use butter)
1/4 c. Cocoa Powder (natural not dutched)
1-2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

1 tsp. Vanilla
Optional pinch of Cayenne

1/2 c. Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/2 c. Rolled Oats
1/2 c. Chia Seeds
1 c. Walnuts, Cashews, Almonds, or Hazelnuts, chopped very fine
*1/4 c.Sesame Seeds
*3/4 c. Dried Blueberries, or Cranberries, chopped (any dried fruit you want)
*1/2 c. Protein Whey Powder
*1/2 c. Macro Greens

Combine first 4 ingredients in small pan and bring to a boil
Boil 3 minutes and remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and optional cayenne. (FYI- Cayenne is an appetite suppressant)
Stir in peanut butter, oats, chia, nuts, sesame seeds, dried fruit, whey powder, and macro greens.
Spread into an 8x8 pan and cut into bars when cool. (If doubled, it fits in a jelly roll pan)
Optional, you can dip in dark chocolate.

*The items that have a * are already doubled and Lucy added these to the original recipe.*
