(made for progressive dinner Christmas Eve)
Serves 8
- 2/3 cup and 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
In a large container, mix together the vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder, and Dijon-style mustard. Pour in the oil and mix vigorously until well blended. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
