**I substituted zucchini, carrots, diced tomatoes, and extra onions for the beef and it was delicious!**
1 /12 lbs. ground beef
2- 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 t. sugar
2 t. salt
2 t. worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. garlic salt
2- 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
18 lasagna noodles
1 c. cheddar cheese
In a skillet cook beef and drain. Stir in tomato sauce, onion, sugar, salt, worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt.
In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, and milk.
Grease a 9x13 pan. Layer meat, noodle, cream cheese. Repeat 2 times. Top with meat sauce.
Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Uncover sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
yumm, that sounds like a lasagna i'd actually like!
