I can't believe that no one has posted this yet! This is a White family recipe but I have come to LOVE it!
2. c crushed pretzels
3 tbs. sugar
3/4 c. softened butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pk. raspberries
1 c. powdered sugar
1 can crushed pineapples
8 oz. cool whip
6 oz. pkg. raspberry jello (thawed & drained)
Combine pretzels, sugar, & butter - press in 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Let it cool completely.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, cool whip, & pineapple. Spread over crust.
Mix jello with 3 cups of hot water - add raspberries. Put in fridge to thicken slightly. Pour over pan & put in fridge overnight. Enjoy!
