3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together butter and sugars. Slowly add eggs and pumpkin. Mix until combined. In a large bowl combine flour, spices, soda and salt. Slowly add to wet mixture just until combined. Drop onto parchment or baking sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes. Let cool completely.
